SPSS Data Analysis Overview

SPSS software works with several different computer files: Data files, output files, and syntax
files. Data files are computer files containing information that the user wishes to analyze statistically. Output files contain statistical analysis and usually tables, graphs and/or charts. Syntax files are computer instructions that tell SPSS software what to do.
